After nearly a month-long absence, the podcast is back! Sorry for all the delays, it won’t happen again because Lance and I are now making the podcast a non-weekly feature. This means an episode will be posted once I have time to edit them. I was getting tired of trying to rush to finish these and this way each podcast will be posted once I think it is up to quality, and not because of some arbitrary time. We still hope to make as many podcasts as possible, but this is the best way to make sure I’m not getting stressed out.

On this episode, we’re joined by Jonathan Taves, outgoing-Deputy News Editor for the Gateway and veritable tall man in real life. We talk about drifting, the KFC Double Down, and the apocalypse. On “Would You Rather,” we “debate” whether we’d take 15 nails in our respective penises, or if we’d prefer to have saliva that tastes like urine.

On our first episode, we talk with “Friend of the show” and native-to-America Hannah Cochran. Topics include: Heidi Montag, small breasts, Evan’s apparently-too-frequent boners, and travelling through time to impress the ladies. Ross Vincent of Metaleeto fame also makes an appearence, kicking off his Power Minute with Ross Vincent by complaining about Lucas Wagner and wool toques. We finish the show with our groundbreaking “Would You Rather…” segment by debating whether it’s better to pee into Katy Perry’s mouth or take a shit on Seth Rogen.

Episode One: A Serious Pilot w/ Hannah Cochran
Running Time: 21:47
February/22/2010
Music Credit: Seal – Kiss From a Rose

(Note: Since this is our pilot episode, it took me awhile to put everything together, so some of our references are outdated, since we recorded this in late January.)

EDIT: If you want to subscribe to our podcast, go here: http://aseriousmoment.blip.tv/ and click on the tiny iTunes link on the right. I hope this is all working because it seems to be, but if you are having trouble playing it or whatever, comment and let me know so I can try to fix it.

A podcast for the website has been something Lance and I have been talking about since before Pop and Ice Cream was even a comic. But here we are with our pilot episode for your listening pleasure (or pain, as the case may be). We don’t have all the technical things figured out (like how am I suppose to get this damn thing on iTunes, or how to make the player look less stupid) but hopefully all our problems will be solved in time.

The Foundation, Episode 1: Pilot
Starring Evan Mudryk and Lance Mudryk

In today’s episode, we talk about the August 5th South Gate expansion, the music of the Princess Theatre, sex with birds, sex changes, and answer the philosophical problem of “What is gay?”

It probably needn’t be said, but this particular episode is NSFW, unless you work in a really cool place.

I hope you like it, and see you next week.
