On nearly innumerable occasions, Microsoft, and their marketing team especially, demonstrate how clueless they really are. Or perhaps there is a secret brilliance to releasing a new crappy OS, followed quickly by a less crappy one, with the promise that “We’re not as bad as we were before” or “It’s not as if it can be any worse than Vista.”

Anyway, Lance and I have always enjoyed this video. It’s so terribly optimistic on the part of Microsoft’s sales team, as if SP1 was going to solve every problem, make people love them again. It’s sad and funny.
